Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. A tracking number is emailed upon shipment.

Shipping Times & Carriers

Domestic and international delivery times: 6–12 business days.
Delays from the carrier are beyond our control.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

All packages include tracking. If marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but missing, file a claim with the carrier.
If lost in transit (not marked as delivered), contact hello@shinycloth.com for assistance.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, reshipping costs are your responsibility.

Damaged or Missing Items

Report any damages within 7 days of delivery to hello@shinycloth.com with clear photos of the issue.

Refunds & Replacements

We do not offer refunds for packages marked as delivered.
Lost-in-transit packages (not delivered) may be eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement. Issues must be reported within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

International Shipping & Customs

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
We are not liable for any customs-related delays.
